Built in Rawalpindi. Delivered wherever the work is.

Our studio is on Adyala Road in Rawalpindi, half an hour from Islamabad. That matters for the parts of this work that are genuinely better done in person, and matters very little for the rest, which is most of it.

Rawalpindi & Islamabad

What being nearby actually buys you.

Proximity is worth something specific, not everything. These are the parts of an engagement that go better when someone can be in the room.

On-site process mapping

The first phase of most engagements involves watching how work is done now, who picks up the phone, where the paperwork sits, which spreadsheet is the real system of record. Being an hour away means that happens in your office rather than over a call.

Telephony and hardware

Call automation touches physical infrastructure: numbers, routing, handsets, and whoever currently answers. Where that needs someone in the room during cutover, we are in the room.

Training your team

Handover works better in person. Sessions run at your premises with the people who will use the system, not a recorded walkthrough sent afterwards.

Steering in person

For larger programmes, fortnightly steering can be held face to face rather than on a call, which tends to make decisions faster.

Elsewhere in Pakistan and internationally

And what distance genuinely does not change.

Remote delivery is the default

Most of the build, integration, and testing happens the same way whether you are in Rawalpindi or Riyadh. Systems are deployed into your cloud accounts, so location has no bearing on where your data sits.

Working hours and overlap

We work Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5. That gives a full working overlap with the Gulf, most of a day with Europe, and early-morning overlap with the eastern United States.

Documentation over presence

Because we cannot drop in, remote engagements lean harder on written architecture decisions, runbooks, and recorded walkthroughs. That is a discipline worth having either way.

Travel when it earns its cost

For discovery workshops or go-live on a critical system, travel is quoted openly as part of the phase rather than buried in a day rate.

Visit

The studio

Come and see the work rather than a deck. If you are local and want to talk through a process that is not working, arrange a time and bring whoever actually runs it.

Where is Elevariq based?
Our studio is at 1st Floor, Taha Mall, Khwaja Corporation Chowk, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi. Islamabad is roughly half an hour away, so both cities are comfortably within reach for on-site work.
Do you work with businesses outside Rawalpindi and Islamabad?
Yes, and most delivery is location-independent. Systems are built in your own cloud accounts and handed over with documentation, so nothing about the engagement depends on us being nearby. We work with clients elsewhere in Punjab, across Pakistan, and internationally.
Can you visit our office before we commit to anything?
For organizations in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, yes. An initial conversation about the process you want to fix can happen at your premises, and it usually produces a sharper brief than a call does.
Do you work in Urdu as well as English?
Yes. Discovery sessions, training, and day-to-day communication can run in Urdu or English. Voice agents and customer-facing systems can be built to handle either, or both.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan Standard Time. Support outside those hours is available under the Business and Critical tiers described on the enterprise page.

Get started

Start with the process that is costing you most.

Whether that conversation happens at your office in Islamabad or on a call from another timezone, it begins the same way: what is the work, who does it now, and what would have to be true for a system to take it over.

Initial conversations are free and do not require a brief.
